Why these colours

We pulled the most-used colours from every competitor's live website on 23 September 2026. The category is a wall of blue, with one teal and one red-orange. Nobody owns purple or yellow.

Marigold says up

  • The warmest, most visible hue on a phone screen and a yard sign.
  • Reads as optimism and value, the feeling of a listing going up.
  • Used for the one thing that matters on each screen: the number, the zero, the button.

Aubergine says trust, without another blue

  • Dark enough to carry text and money, like navy does for banks.
  • Premium and calm, and completely unused in pre-listing renovation.
  • Pairs with marigold at full contrast: the two are near-complementary.

Logo

A roofline over a U. Home, and up. It works at 16 pixels as a favicon and at yard-sign size.

Motion has a job

Things move to show progress: the roof draws in, the timeline fills, numbers count, the app pings. Nothing loops for decoration.

Stock until we have our own projects, clearly labelled. Then only our before-and-afters with the sale result.

Say it like an agent
