How much can a realtor earn by referring a Surrey listing?
Up to $1,000 in referral fees per completed project, across the renovation and its financing. Under BC rules it is paid to your brokerage, never to you personally, and disclosed to your client in writing.
Is Uplist a renovation company or a lender?
Neither. Licensed local contractors do the work and a licensed BC mortgage brokerage arranges the funding. Uplist scopes, prices, manages and tracks the project and handles the payoff at closing.
How long does a pre-listing renovation take in Surrey?
